depends on what you are making him for. You making him for pvp(wich i think a Pvp DW is pointless) or lvling/hunting.

If you are using him for hunting/lvling and for places like isle to gear gear, then i would say those stats suck, you want almost no agil, 29intel right off the bat, then all str, somewhat low cons, like 21.

But i say if your using him for pvp(still i think its pointless) then i say those stats are good, but yes, 39 agil, rest for cons.

If you have the patience for it, that would be a wicked build. I personally don't think it's worth it, but it would be a mighty strong character. Good.
