At the moment, yes. I have another project I'm working on right now. I will come back to this eventually.

I did do a lot of work on this recently but haven't bothered posting about it. It's still on my mind. How do you want to help?

I'm trying to push this into release ASAP, lots of shit still left to do (80% of which is GUI related...), but we're getting there! I'm putting up what I believe to be my final todo list before a first release on the front post.

Okay, this is probably a lot to ask.
But if you could, could you take the time to answer just a few of my questions hehe.
1. Are items now showing on the ground, (in previous pictures they weren't)?
2. Will it be multiplayer and have related PvP to Xenimus?
3. What is Maximum Level?
4. Are there bosses?
5. How easy will it be to obtain "legendary items"?
6. Are skills, stats, and classes similar to Xenimus?
7. Are NPC's in this?

& If you can one more favor, can you upload multiple recent pictures just to give us a teaser?

I'm extremely excited that you are working on this project, take your time. If you need anything from any of us just ask, I know im willing to cough up money just to see this.................thanks(:

1 items show up on the ground. Names will show up over them too (I.e. like xenlua sniffer)
2 of course its multiplayer. And yes pvp like xen too.
3 undecided. Whatever max level is I won't let it take forever to get to.
4 yes. A whole raid system too
5 depends on your definition of legendary. There has to always be something to strive for, if its not levels its items
6 for now yes. I think this could use serious improvements though
7 yes.

There will be more screenshots when there's more things to take screenshots of.

This is all based off of experience per level staying the same as Xenimus.

Quest Ideas : (If there will be quests)

Monsters Level 1-5 :
Kill 10 / Receive 3g, 300exp, 10 Randomized Potions.

Monsters Level 5-12
Kill 25-50 / Receive 8g, 8,000exp.
Kill 100 / Receive 18,000exp

Monsters Level 12-18
Kill 50-100 / Receive 14g, 11,000exp
Kill 300 / Receive 80,0000exp

Monsters Level 18-26
Kill 100-150 / Receive 30g, 31,000exp
Kill 500 / Receive 210,000exp

Monsters Level 26-35
Kill 100-150 / Receive 46g, 52,000exp
Kill 500 / Receive 325,000exp

Monsters Level 35+ (For Say Demons)
Kill 200-250 / Receive 81g, 120,000exp
Kill 1000 / Receive 700,000exp

This way leveling won't be slow, but also won't be kill a monster get 100k

Boss Raid Experience and Items.

Instead of getting 30+ Million Per Boss I think it should be like this.

Mid Level Boss. 100 Million Exp.
Whoever puts in most damage will get most experience, least damage; least experience.
Like this :
1st : 50% EXP
2 : 30%
3 : 20%
4 : 10%
5 : 10%
6 : 10%..... and so on and so on... you get the point.

Another addition I think if you die you should lose around 8% off the experience you would have gained.
So if a noob contributed 100dmg to the boss and died, he would only gain 2m experience, where he could have gained that + gold while leveling.

Another opinion of mine.... I think gear earning should stay the same... completely random. This way noobs will have a chance at getting that lucky awesome item too.

Also, there should be a level barrier for end game bosses that give out 500-800 million experience so level ones can't go in and leech experience.

Bags and Redos :

I think they should be an ORANGE item (rare), and one item drops per player kill with 20% chance of dropping a second item.
This leaves a great amount of risk and will to PK in this game.
Another addition i'd add that's semi-PvP related would be maxi's and meds. I think they should be like Andy's server except toned down a little bit, high drop rate in stacks of 20's not 255's.

I'm not saying ANY of this HAS to be added or should be added, it's just my opinion to make it a little bit more fun and challenging to reach end game.
I understand that Uber which I highly respect is mainly doing this on his own and it probably would take him forever to add all this, I'm just saying if this game is released and population is decent on this, it wouldn't be bad idea for later on updates. I'd prefer a release as soon as possible so don't take stuff that is too challenging that seriously lol. A money flow wouldn't be a bad idea either, so we could get greater model updates later on and map extensions etc etc.
Soo...... here's my idea on that LOL....

Kind of related to a token system but not for bonus days or respec's and all that.

NPC's should have potions (not items) purchasable 10, for 1 token.

A few example potions would be.

Attack Speed Potion : +10% Attack Speed for 3 Minutes. (5 for 3tokens)
Same with a Cast Speed Potion.

Bonus Exp Potion : 20% Extra Exp for 1 hour : (1 for 3tokens)
Reset Potion : Reset your character earning a new main spell (zap, shadow beam, radius, cleric beam etc) (1 for 10tokens)

Just a silly idea.

My thoughts on all this stuff:

Quests:
I HATE repeatable quests. There should be absolutely no such thing. Leveling in general shouldn't just be sit in a room and kill every monster in sight for 1000 hours. This will take time to get rid of though. It would be nice to have dungeon instances, pvp battle grounds, etc, all of which provide perfectly good exp. My honest thought is that max level should be relatively easily reachable. Past that, there could be some smaller bonuses you can strive for by grinding, and there will always be better items for you to collect.

Raid bosses:
To be honest, my vision of raid bosses is in small teams (5 or less people), which wouldn't really line up with giving less experience to those that did less damage. This also wouldn't work with a support type role in raids.

Bags and redos:
There will be no redos. I haven't decided on how player drops should work yet.

Token system:
There should be absolutely no ability to purchase power, even if its temporary. In any case, this is later thoughts.

There will be quests, just not repeatable grind crap. As for exp per monster, enough that you don't take hundreds of hours to get to max level. What this exact value is I don't know yet. There will also eventually be large quests that gives you pretty much levels worth of exp.

I'm still working on this (sorta...). When I last updated, I was ready to start adding in content (and I was). Halfway into this I realized that I did not have any interest what so ever in building another MMO...

At the moment I'm using what I already have to try out a new game concept. More details on it later, maybe.

i'm gonna beat the dead horse here.

I found on an old DVD a system restore for my desktop from 2003. It happened to have the full xenimus file in it, would that be useful to recreate xps? I don't know much about the programming, but have the files available if they would be useful.
